The drug is indicated for osteoarthritis, rheumatologic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases of locomotor system accompanied by pain (for example, facioscapulohumeral muscular periarthritis and other extraarticular manifestations of rheumatism), and also for suppression of pain (lumbago, toothache, dysmenorrhea pains).On the facilities of healthcare institution Municipal clinical hospital #5 of the city of Minsk (5MCH) the trial of comparative bioequivalence of the drug ACECLOFENAC-MIC, capsules 100 mg were carried out (manufacturer Minskintercaps U.V.). Aertal, tablets, containing 100 mg of aertal (manufacturer Gedeon Richter Plc., Hungary) was used as a reference drug. This study showed the equivalence of the parameters of absorption and comparative bioavailability of Aceclofenac-MIC, capsules, manufactured by Minskintercaps U.V., and Aertal, tablets, Gedeon Richter Plc.
